We live in a time when content is king and ideas are treasure. In the creative industry, we’re in the business of ideas, many of which never see the light of day because they’ve been nixed by a client. But an idea that doesn’t make the grade for a specific project or a particular client could well be tweaked or simply reused later for another purpose.
In a world of viral videos and unprecendented interconnectedness, it makes sense to keep a database (digital or analog) of your ideas — good and bad. The right idea at the right time could very well be worth millions.
We come up with so many ideas we can’t possibly remember them all … and today’s bad could be tomorrow’s brilliant!
Peace and Love 🙂
